  • Preparing a cost analysis that shows the true monthly and year-over-year cost impact of the recommendation

  • Preparing additional analysis comparing the pricing to utility default prices where applicable

  • Making a detailed recommendation outlining when to purchase, how much to purchase, and how far into the future to enter an agreement along with pros/cons of the leading suppliers’ agreement terms/language

  • Follow up invoice review to ensure the contract was implemented and the customer is being invoiced at the correct terms/price
